Howard Lederer lived in a family of 5 where he enjoyed betting on various card games when he was young. He told Annie to head out to Vegas and play in the World Series of Poker tournaments. Annie Duke is one of the best female players the poker arena today. He headed to Vegas in Nineteen Ninety Three and played cash games for the next decade. When the WPT grew in popularity, Howard decided to compete in more tournaments.
