Phil Ivey has been branded as the best poker contender in the world by quite a few of the top pros. Phil was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to NJ before his first birthday. Phil credits his achievements to discipline and an undying passion for the game of poker. He says that he is learning every single day and is quite abashed about his success. He knows he makes mistakes in each game of poker and constantly aspires to improve.
